Patrick A. Pearce Jr., owner of PEARCE REAL ESTATE GROUP, has been a staple in Kansas City’s real estate game for years. While focused on residential and multi-family sales at Sotheby’s International Realty, Pearce Real Estate Group also provides design, build and consulting for single-and multi-family real estate projects.

Erica, and HEBO, worked to build two sister systems giving Patrick the ability to focus on all of his loves; selling, buying, building and investing. While PEARCE REAL ESTATE GROUP focuses primarily on buying and selling, PEARCE REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT allows Patrick to continue his brand expansion into building and investing. Both systems included logos, marketing materials and signage.
